Paris, February 25, 2013 - Bryan, Garnier & Co continues to support Lefebvre Software in its build-up strategy through the acquisition of Cezanne Software, a European solution provider of human resources management.
This acquisition strengthens the functional coverage of Lefebvre Software management solution Talentia in the field of human resources management and reinforces the company’s presence in the United Kingdom, Spain and Italy. Lefebvre Software has over 350 employees in Europe and 200 000 users worldwide.
The acquisition of Cezanne Software is a new step of the build-up strategy led by Viviane Chaine-Ribeiro. "Since 2007, we have been pursuing our external growth strategy with the support of Bryan Garnier & Co, strengthening our leadership in France, increasing our presence in the European market, and expanding the functional scope of our solution. We therefore intend to continue this strategy for years to come progressing towards our €100M turnover target", stated Viviane Chaine-Ribeiro.
With the support of Bryan, Garnier & Co along five acquisitions, the Group has almost quadrupled its revenues over the past five years, expecting 2013 revenues above €60m. Greg Revenu, Managing Partner at Bryan, Garnier & Co, said: "the support we have provided over the years to the management team and the company to complete its management buy-out and to roll out its acquisition strategy is a good illustration of Bryan, Garnier & Co’s commitment to the long term growth of its clients".
According to Viviane Chaine-Ribeiro, "Cezanne acquisition is a perfect fit from both technological and geographical stand points, with a similar client base profile. It provides the group with complementary solutions and expertise in the field of human resources management which will be fully integrated to the Talentia suite in order to better serve our clients in Europe.”
"Lefebvre Software’s strong position in France will contribute to increase the market share of this new HR component that Cezanne software brings to the Talentia suite" says Alexander Boukhari, Director at Bryan, Garnier & Co. With 700 customers in 200 countries, Cezanne Software is headquartered in the United Kingdom, with operations in Italy, Spain Portugal and Greece and through its partners is active on other markets including United States and Latin America.
Following the acquisition of Prisme in May, 2012, Cezanne Software is the second acquisition of Lefebvre Software since its LMBO backed by CIC LBO Partners and Women Equity Partners in October 2011.
