In the days following the last qualifying matches for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil (12 June – 13 July 2014), we definitely expect that this major sport event will boost adidas Group’s sales and margins next year. As a reminder, football accounts for 13% of adidas Group’s sales, whilst it represents ~8% of NIKE Inc’s revenues and also ~7-8% of Puma’s sales.
