Paris - November 17, 2000 - Bryan, Garnier & Co (www.bryangarnier.com), an independent investment bank specialising in European growth companies, announced today that it has led the placement and the syndication of the $15 million Omniticket Network second round of equity financing.

New investors in this round are : Société Générale Asset Management, PLS, Cyber Capital and some private investors. Previous investors also participated in this round of financing, including la Compagnie Financière Edmond de Rothschild, Viventures and Geocapital. This second round follows a previous equity round of $15 million in 1999 also led by Bryan, Garnier & Co.

Omniticket Network (www.omniticket.com) is the industry's European leader for developing the most advanced integrated ticketing network for the leisure and entertainment markets. A pioneer company in the access control and on-line ticketing market, created in January 1999, Omniticket Network is managing through its on-site software technologies the widest inventory of tickets in the world, processing more than 210 million tickets in 1999, with 450 clients in 23 countries, including the most prestigious venues in the world such as Le Louvre, Opéra de Paris, il Colisseo, the Metropolitan Museum of Arts, Universal Studios, the Jurong Bird Park (Singapore), Walt Disney World and all the major Korean venues. More recently, Omniticket Network has developed a platform (Nexus) which is the first completely open and integrated communication network offering direct, real-time connections between venues, ticket sellers and individual ticket buyers. The Company's partners and the direct distribution networks (in Q4 99, Omniticket Network has launched its first local portal in France: ticketclic.fr,and more recently in Belgium the first ticketing portal: ticketclic.be) are now selling 1 million tickets a year.

Grégoire Revenu, Bryan, Garnier & Co’s Managing Director, Corporate Finance said: “Omniticket Network enjoys a leading position in Europe - the largest market in the world - as well as a unique understanding of the industry's needs and trends. Thanks to this round of financing, Omniticket Network will be able to comfort its leading position in Europe, with the greater number of tickets processed, and to pave the way to an ultimate leisure and entertainment network thanks to a "virtual ticket" technology."

This placement enhances Bryan, Garnier & Co’s leading position in the syndication of later stage private placement for technology companies in Europe. Thanks to a team that unites experienced investment bankers and former venture capitalists, Bryan, Garnier & Co has developed a strong expertise in international equity fund raising for High Tech companies.
