Paris, May 17th 2011 – Bryan Garnier & Co, the Paneuropean Investment Bank specialized in growing companies, announces today the success of Groupe ConcoursMania’s Initial Public Offering (ISIN: FR0011038348 – Mnemonic : ALGCM) on the Alternext market of NYSE Euronext Paris. Bryan Garnier & Co acted as Sole Bookrunner and Listing Sponsor on this operation.
ConcoursMania raised €9.2m and has the ability to exercise an over-allotment option that would raise this amount up to €10,5m. The price was set at €10 per share, i.e. the upper limit of the indicative price range for the initial public offering (8.5€ – 10€).
On this basis, Groupe ConcoursMania’s market capitalisation amounts to approximately €31.5 millions on IPO completion and before potential exercise of the over-allotment option, with a 29.2% free float. The offer is composed both of a Public Offering to Institutional investors (90% of the offer) and a Retail Public Offering to the Public (10% of the offer).
The offering was oversubscribed more than 3.5 times.

- to add BtoC sites to its existing portfolio;
- to expand in Europe.
- To support the Company’s organic growth:
- to strengthen the teams;
- to invest in marketing and technological tools;
- to gain greater visibility among key accounts and agencies.
