Corporate Finance - Analyst Intern (Paris office)

We are recruiting interns to join our Corporate Finance Department in Paris.

Position: Corporate Finance – Analyst Intern       
Start Date: July 2017 
Contract: 6 months internship

Bryan, Garnier & Co is an international full service growth-focused independent investment bank with operations in London, Paris, Munich, Geneva, New York and New Delhi. Since 1996, Bryan, Garnier & Co has dealt with over 300 corporate clients. The firm employs 150 people and provides equity research, sales and trading, private and public capital raising as well as M&A services to growth companies and their investors.

Our Corporate Finance Department focuses on key growth sectors including Technology, Media, Telecoms, Healthcare, Smart Industries, Specialty Retail and Business Services. Through its Corporate Finance practice, Bryan, Garnier & Co has become a leader in advising European growth companies on strategic finance transactions such as M&A, ECM, LBOs, Private Placements and other strategic transactions. In 2016, we advised 36 transactions in Technology and Healthcare with Enterprise Value comprised between €30m and €500m.

The team is a blend of international individuals having held senior executive positions in the industries on which we focus, seasoned investment bankers and former venture capitalists.

We are recruiting interns to support the growing activity of our Corporate Finance Department, in Paris.


Description of duties:

The intern’s work will include financial analyses and modelling, competitive analysis, production of client presentations including pitch books, teasers, confidential information memoranda & management presentations and assistance in the execution of transactions.

Bryan, Garnier & Co seeks accomplished professionals with strong analytical and quantitative skills.



The ideal candidate will have an outstanding academic track record from a recognized college or university with a degree in Business or Finance: Business Schools (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, Sciences Po, EM Lyon…), Tier 1 University (Dauphine, Sorbonne, Assas…) and Engineering Schools (Mines, Centrale…).

The successful candidate should have excellent writing and verbal skills as well as a demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.

Please note that fluency in French and English, a prior experience in investment banking and finance skills are desirable to apply for this position.
