Founded in 1994, EUROPEAN DYNAMICS ("ED") has become a leading partner in eGovernment and digital transformation for the public sector, recognised for its deep expertise and ability to harness technology and data to drive innovation.

ED has also developed and commercialised a suite of market-leading software products specifically tailored to core eGovernment activities (notably in the fields of customs, taxation, procurement, financial markets and IP management).

With a staff of c.1,200 across 7 main international operating subsidiaries, the Company works with c.100 clients globally including Federal Governments, European Institutions & International Organisations in more than 30 countries and 4 continents. ED has established a multidisciplinary Technology Centre in Greece, and is preparing its expansion into France, the Nordics, the DACH region, and the USA.

The Company has experienced significant organic growth, notably driven by the growing needs of institutions and government bodies’ IT solutions to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory constraints. The partnership with the Investors will accelerate ED’s expansion within and outside Europe and will support the company through strategic M&A, innovative product development, and targeted investments.

Bryan, Garnier & Co assisted Capza with sector and valuation expertise as well as continuous process intelligence while leveraging its deep knowledge of the IT services and software markets.

This marks another landmark transaction for BG&Co’s software and IT services practices, notably in the Government and Public sector. Other notable transactions in GovTech include the sale of EDL to Dentressangle, the sale of Evolucare to GPI, the sale of Eudonet to Montagu, and the acquisition of Maincare Solutions by Montagu, while transactions involving IT Services companies include the investment of Astorg in Redslim, the sale of Kaïbee to Objectware and the acquisition of Analysis Prime by CENIT.
