About us

Bryan, Garnier & Co

Since 1996, Bryan, Garnier & Co has been growing with an absolute conviction that the investment banking landscape would experience a major revolution: most of the large local generalist banking groups will disappear to the benefit of a handful of global powerhouses, and an emerging group of independent, highly specialised boutique investment banks. The financial crises of 2001 and 2008 paved the way for a new landscape in Europe where boutique investment banks play a unique role.
Since our foundation, we have continuously invested in growing our expertise, its geographical reach and the scope of our activities to better serve our clients.

Core values of the partnership

As one of the very few investment banks owned by its partners, Bryan, Garnier & Co is unabashedly optimistic about its future. We are proud to be building our track record every day. We thrive on the exciting growth prospects that lie ahead.

Our growth, and future success, are built on the intelligence, talent, dedication, and personalities of our team members. We are committed to professional excellence and to the people who make it happen.

We invest in individuals because we trust in their ability to join our partnership. Our role is to broaden their shoulders, to encourage their creative thinking and to help them be the best at what they do.

Bryan, Garnier & Co and society

Bryan, Garnier & Co and its partners are committed to helping in the communities where we work and live. We focus on areas where our ideas, people and resources can make a positive social impact by improving on economic growth.

Since 2009, our firm has been actively supporting Women Equity for Growth, a not-for-profit organization contributing to a better gender balance in economic leadership. By promoting successful women-led SMEs, Women Equity for Growth contributes to a better distribution of roles and economic power in society, critical for a more sustainable growth in Europe.

Women Equity for Growth benefits from a strong international recognition from both private and public organizations such as the European Council, and actively contributes to a number of policy-making institutions such as the EU and the French Parliament, amongst others.

In 2020, Bryan, Garnier & Co achieved a score of 50/100 in the French employment ministry’s index of professional equality between men and women.
