Job description:
Bryan, Garnier & Co requires that Analysts / Associates assume high levels of responsibility immediately, supporting the ECM transaction process, from the initial stages of origination to full transaction execution. The position appeals to driven individuals who want hands-on experience in transaction execution in an entrepreneurial setting, who seek challenging opportunities in a fast-paced investment banking environment. Tasks include:

  • Provide general transaction support and contribute to diverse internal initiatives

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have an academic track record from a recognised college or university. Moreover, 1-4 years’ experience from investment banking or strategic consulting is desirable, however highly motivated new graduates are also encouraged to apply.

 

The relevant candidate should have:

  • Strong accounting, financial theory knowledge, and financial modelling skills
  • Excellent understanding of capital markets and ECM related products

Position: Analyst

Tasks:

·        Working on a variety of transactions including sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory, IPOs, LBOs and Growth Funding rounds for companies across a variety of Technology and Healthcare subsectors

·        Drafting and reviewing marketing materials and other documentation including pitches, teasers, information memorandums and management presentation to specified deadlines

Job Description:  

The candidate will be responsible for leading our European private placement efforts within the Equity Capital Markets team, providing private capital solutions to investment banking clients. Bryan, Garnier & Co private placement group include 5 bankers (VP to Directors) in Europe, and is closely cooperating on deal origination and execution with the industry teams and distribution desks. The candidate will be reporting to the management of the ECM group, working in close cooperation with Greg Revenu, co-founder and managing partner of the firm. Based on its contribution of the activity, the candidate is in the position to join the partnership of the firm. 

In cooperation with the Partners and Managing Directors leading the industry groups (banking and research), the candidate will engage in the promotion of Private Growth Financing Solutions to various stakeholders (corporates, investors), driving to the development of new business relationships with the most attractive European companies looking for raising capital to support their expansion and become market leaders.
