Bryan, Garnier & Co acts as Sole Debt Advisor to PSG Equity on their majority acquisition of Diapason

Diapason is a leading French Treasury and Risk Management Software provider for large and mid-sized companies.

Launched in 2009, Diapason rapidly established itself as a reference software solution for managing treasury, payment, and risk processes for major and mid-market companies, with a presence in France and abroad.

With the strategic and financial support of PSG, Diapason’s management team aims to reinforce its leading position in France and expand into new international markets, becoming a champion in cash management software across key European countries. The company’s ambition is to carry out targeted external growth operations, broaden its geographical footprint, and enrich its product offering. Diapason will benefit from PSG’s sector expertise, having supported the successful growth of Nomentia, one of Europe’s leading cash management software companies.

Bryan, Garnier & Co advised PSG Equity and ran a competitive debt process with a group of banks and direct lenders to find the best financing option for the company.

The Unitranche route was eventually selected as the option offering the best price/flexibility ratio for the company and its shareholders.

This represents a landmark transaction for Bryan Garnier & Co’s Debt Advisory franchise, having led the whole debt process from lenders education to closing on an expedited timeframe.

As a reminder, Bryan, Garnier & Co also acted as Sole Financial Advisor to Seven2 and the Management of Diapason.
