Context

Part of MNH (Mutuelle Nationale des Hospitaliers) since 2018, AKLIA has been acquired by Hoppen, French leader in the digital transformation of healthcare institutions and member of the FT120

AKLIA is specialized in the reception and comfort for patients during their hospitalization in a health establishment, providing a wide range of services such as concierge services, in-room facilities, multimedia entertainment content and communication solutions

This operation is the third acquisition in two years for Hoppen and complements the Group’s existing e-health and patient support solutions

Through this acquisition, Hoppen reaches a 55 million euros turnover and gathers 600 employees. The Group will now be able to offer its services to a base of nearly 5 million patients each year

Bryan, Garnier & Co acted as Sole Financial Advisor to MNH on its sale of AKLIA, the Group’s subsidiary specialised in hospital multimedia solutions

About AKLIA

AKLIA, subsidiary of Mutuelle Nationale des Hospitaliers (MNH) since 2018, is a French specialist in the reception and comfort for patients during their hospitalization in a health establishment.

The Company provides services for patients and staff (cafeteria, concierge services, in-room facilities), multimedia entertainment content in partnership with exclusive private channels (Canal+, CanalSat,etc.) and communication solutions (telephony, Wifi, internal communication for staff).

AKLIA has now 250 employees throughout France and equips around 500 public and private health establishment.
