Bryan, Garnier & Co acts as Sole Financial Advisor to PhysioAssist on its $45m Sale to Inogen

PhysioAssist is a medical device company which develops and manufactures Simeox, a disruptive airway clearance technology.

Simeox is intended for patients suffering from obstructive chronic lung diseases such as Bronchiectasis, COPD and Cystic Fibrosis.

This technology is CE-marked and sold in more than 20 countries worldwide in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East through a network of distributors. PhysioAssist is currently seeking FDA clearance to tackle the US market.
