Bryan, Garnier & Co acts as Sole Financial Advisor to the shareholders of RTS Group on its sale to Advania

The acquisition of RTS will strengthen Advania's position as one of the leading IT services providers in the Nordics.

The strategic fit between RTS and Advania is excellent combining the service offering of Cloud Managed Services, Professional Services, and IT Solutions. The transaction will enable Advania to increase its VMware offering, with RTS being recognized as the leading VMware professional services provider in the Nordics.

Bryan, Garnier & Co conducted a competitive process involving tier one trade buyers and financial sponsors to ensure the best possible outcome for the shareholders, ultimately resulting in the shareholders selecting Advania as the new owner of the company.

This marks another landmark transaction for Bryan, Garnier & Co’s Business & Tech-enabled services practice within the IT services sector.

Notable transactions executed by Bryan, Garnier & Co’s team in the sector include the sale of Tinqin to be ys, the sale of Oceanet Technology to Celeste, the sale of Metsys to European Digital Group, the minority investment by Andera Partners in Artemys, the acquisition of Sodifrance by Sopra Steria, the sale of Sword France to Argos Wityu, the sale of a minority stake in Intys Consulting to Omnes Capital and 15+ transactions including both buy- and sell-side for Advania in the past.
