Seller Proparco is the investment branch of AFD Group (Agence Française de Développement) and has been a shareholder since 2016, holding 3.9% of the capital.

Proparco provides funding and support to businesses and financial institutions across Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East, seeking to partner on projects in development sectors such as infrastructure (with a specific focus on renewable energy), agribusiness, financial institutions, healthcare, and education.
