Bryan, Garnier & Co advises My Media Group on its MBO with Dzeta Conseil

Paris, April 4th, 2013 – Bryan, Garnier & Co, the independent pan-European Investment bank focusing on growth companies, announces it has advised My Media Group on its Management Buy-Out with Dzeta Conseil.

Created in January 2005 by Anthony Ravau, David Ringrave and Benjamin Séguillon, My Media Group is the leading French independent media agency with global billings of over €700 million and a gross margin of €10 million.

During the past 8 years, the agency has succeeded in satisfying advertisers from different industry sectors such as Système U, Feu Vert, Atol, The Phone House, Pizza Hut, Velux, My M&M’s (Mars Group) and more recently Sixt.

Since 2009, My Media has coordinated the French launch of a great number of rising stars of the digital world such as Zalando, Trivago, Groupon, and E-Darling, building itself a renowned agency for e-merchant and pure players.

Since the inception of My Media, the founders have always had the ambition to create an integrated communication group. The agency has acquired diversified expertise to satisfy its clients with a unique model. By integrating professionals associated to the shareholding of the Company, My Media benefits both from remarkable talents and a full involvement towards its customers.

My Media first initiated its diversification strategy, creating EGGS, the advertising agency headed by Emmanuel Gillibert (former Director at Ogilvy and MK2). Soon followed the launch of Stratco, a brand content agency headed by Valerie Gashignard (former COO within Publicis Vivaki).

More recently My Media has purchased Geovista, a media buying agency, founded and directed by Eric Chaillou, and has launched Foresight Search, a SEO agency headed by Philippe Yonnet (former COO within Aposition and former Director at Vivastreet and Twenga).
