About the deal
In 2010 Bryan, Garnier & Co acted as joint lead manager in Sparebanken Vest’s equity issue totaling NOK 618m.
The proceeds were used to partially redeem a NOK 960m Tier 1 bond issued to the Norwegian State Finance Fund.
