Bryan, Garnier & Co. Gmbh advised Qelp on Acquisition by SYKES Enterprises

Munich, Amsterdam, Tampa-Florida, September 11th, 2015 – Bryan, Garnier & Co. Gmbh (former Cartagena Capital) has acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Qelp, the leading provider of self-service software for smartphones, on their acquisition by publicly listed SYKES Enterprises, Inc.
Qelp carved out a niche in helping mobile operators and their customers. The Netherlands-based Qelp, a bootstrapped company, provides a software product to more than 60 mobile operators to help customers online to configure and use smartphones. The company was acquired for a total purchase price of up to $21 million, including substantial earn-out consideration.
