Bryan, Garnier & Co advises Aspediens’ shareholders on the Sale of the company to CSC

Paris, May 24th, 2016 – CSC, a US global leader in next-generation IT services and solutions, today announced the intent to acquire Aspediens, Europe’s leading provider of technology-enabled solutions for the service-management sector and a preferred partner of ServiceNow.
Bryan, Garnier & Co acted as a sole advisor to Aspediens’ shareholders in this transaction.
Founded in 2008 and based in Switzerland, Aspediens is the European cloud transformation expert and a Preferred Solutions Partner of ServiceNow. With offices in Switzerland, Germany, Spain & France, Aspediens, constantly striving to provide innovative and valuable software and services, has driven more than 700 projects from Fortune 500 and Global 2000 to mid-size companies internationally.
Aspediens will join the CSC ServiceNow practice as part of Fruition Partners, a CSC company and the leading global ServiceNow practice. This brings together two of the most experienced and capable ServiceNow partners in the world, as evidenced by endorsements from ServiceNow. The combined Business will have nearly 500 practitioners covering ServiceNow, cloud development and service management consulting capabilities.
