With sales of over EUR69 million in 2017 and year-on-year growth of 10%, the Company sought after a new partnership with a large international private equity player to support its next expansion phase.
Located in Bordeaux, Maincare Solutions is a leading provider of e-health solutions in France. For nearly 20 years, the group has been developing software products dedicated to large healthcare institutions to help significantly improve the patient’s care path during hospitalization. These services range from admission, planning, surgery and transfers, management of radiology images and other medico-economic activities. Since 2016 and the merger with IDO-in, Maincare Solutions has extended its range of services to meet new healthcare challenges: develop prevention and improve patients care at every stage of their health journey thanks to the Idéo technology, or speed up the adoption of telemedicine with the Covalia offer. The group now supports all players within the healthcare system - public and private institutions, GHTs and healthcare agencies in France, Luxembourg and Switzerland, and intends to continue to accelerate its international development.
